Wholesale Policies

Who Can Apply

• Businesses operating a physical retail store, with or without an online presence, may apply.
• Online-only businesses with an established audience or customer base may also apply.
• Selling through third-party marketplaces, including Etsy, eBay, Amazon, or Walmart, requires prior written approval from GetColdWorks.
• Wholesale purchases for personal use are not permitted.

Application & Approval

Each application is reviewed individually. We may decline applications that do not align with our wholesale program or cancel approved orders if these terms are violated. Resellers must represent GetColdWorks accurately and professionally.

To apply, email contact@getcoldworks.com with your business name, website or storefront details, and the products you are interested in.

Pricing & Discounts

• All prices and quotations are in U.S. dollars (USD).
• Wholesale pricing is available to approved retailers purchasing products for resale.
• General customer volume purchases do not automatically qualify for wholesale pricing.
• Additional discounts apply only during announced promotions or under an approved custom agreement.
• Orders using unauthorized discount codes may be canceled.
• Contact our team for current quotes and large-quantity pricing.

Invoicing & Payment

• Invoices are available upon request and issued in USD.
• Wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipment.
• We do not currently offer net payment terms.
• Payment must be confirmed before order processing begins.

Shipping & Fulfillment

• Wholesale orders ship from our U.S. warehouse to destinations within the United States.
• Free shipping is available for qualifying wholesale orders placed on our website.
• After payment is confirmed, orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days. We will notify you of delays.
• Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Bulk & B2B Orders

GetColdWorks welcomes inquiries from bulk buyers, B2B partners, and wholesale distributors. Contact us to discuss custom agreements or ongoing supply arrangements.

If you purchased through a third-party partner, contact that seller first and follow their return process.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and report damage or defects within 5 days of delivery.

Email your order number, clear photographs, and a description of the issue to contact@getcoldworks.com. Our team will review the issue and provide the next steps.

Wholesale Returns

• Wholesale return requests are reviewed case by case.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition, with original packaging where required.
• Obtain return authorization before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
• Approved returns must use a trackable shipping method and follow the instructions provided by our team.

Standard retail orders are subject to our retail Refund & Returns Policy.
